The staff was super nice and friendly. The room was big with two nice comfortable beds, tv, desk, and a small sitting/dining area. The shower and toilet were separate. Every day, the towels were changed, and two bottles of water were brought to the room. The hotel has laundry machines you can use free of charge. Also, the location is very convenient. There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Recommend.

Staff was very friendly, sufficient english to help with with questions, close enough to Samsung facilities and Tera Tower to reach by foot in 20 minutes. Good collection of korean style restaurants in the surrounding and for the american/european visitors a friendly fried chicken/beer pub just around the corner. Large shopping center for all sorts of goods also within 5 minutes. Good stay for business!

The staff was incredibly helpful and polite when checking in. The room was a little small, but there was a huge bathtub and a separate shower. The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. I'd definitely stay here again.

The staff were very helpful when we wanted a taxi booking. The bathroom facilities were excellent. very clean with plenty of hot water. The room was large with excellent air-conditioning. The chambermaid did an excellent service each day.

The beds here are exceptionally comfortable. The rooms are much larger than most hotels in Korea. The breakfast was quite nice, and so were the staff, too!

The room was big and spacious, which was perfect for my parents! They also had a mini-fridge and a stove to cook on, which was very thoughtful.
